Hey Folks,

You’re here because you want to know more about me.  Well, I’m a pretty normal guy with a passion for bicycles.

I’ve been cycling since I’ve been a kid.  Of course, I had the POS bikes when I was really young, but I got my first race bike when I was 12 years old, it was a Centurion Ironman Dave Scott.  Oh boy, did I love that bike.  I raced bikes starting at 13 and started doing triathlons at 14.

I also started mountain biking when I was 18.  That’s a lot of fun too.

A lot of people and friends come to me for bicycle advice.  They ask me all kinds of questions.  It is very rewarding to see the value of my advise when people get a bicycle that they are proud of.

I think there is a lot of mediocre information on bicycles online and by publishers.  I was always frustrated with the big publisher’s  “Buying Guides” because they would cover the bike in under 50 words and maybe a picture.  That’s not enough for cyclist and triathletes to make an informed decision.

So I started this site to help more people on getting a bike that they are proud of.
